This new technique resulted by the crossing of 34 years experience working with the body. I am a dancer, coreographer, writer, professor in choreography, and guest teacher in various universities in Scandinavia. I had an extensive body training through 34 years professional dance carrier, leading me to designed a what i name BODY CORE DANCE, or in spanish EL PERREO CLINICO.
BODY CORE DANCE training, focus on strengthening the body from the most inner core muscles -the deeper layers of muscles that supports the body and self-healing. I combine 34 years experience in Release Technique Dance, Alexander Technique and Klein Technique since 1995 (both techniques help correct and align the body), Astanga yoga since 1995, Kundalini yoga since 2016, Clínical Pilates since 2018, self-massage and vibration coming from your own voice and breathe.
This training aims to correct the use of the body -which through habitual postures- gets out of alignment. By learning how the body works, its aligmnet, we re-train the muscles to support the body into the new and correct position. The training is therapeutic, healing, releases stress, as we are constantly moving with the breathe, observing one self from within. Most of all it is design to get happy, through funky sexy movements...
