I designed a new training called BODY CORE, to strengthen the body from the core muscles, the base. It combines 30 years experience in: Release Technique Dance, 3 types of yoga: Kundalini, Astanga & Iyenga, Clínical Pilates, Alexander Technique, Klein Technique, variopus types of massage, anatomy & vibration.
The train aims to correct the use of the body, it habits, through retraining the muscles while strengthen it. It's therapeutic, while healing, and it releases stress by moving with the breathe.
